| Pain between scrotum and anus - what is this?
............ for the past couple years I've experienced this weird cramping feeling in the area between my scrotum and my anus. I'm not 100%, but I believe it's called the perenuim. I've predominantly experienced it after masterbation, but it's happened before when going to the restroom. It's similar to a bad charlie horse or muscle cramp in your hamstring. It locks, feels like it's twisting in there and usually lasts about 10-15 seconds or so, sometimes I have to jump around to try and shake it out. What could this be?
