Testicle Atrophy
I had a vasectomy around 15 years ago.

Today my left testicle is much smaller than might, around 60% of the size of the right.

Is this common? Is this a problem?

no, it's not common. I doubt it's a problem, since you are not trying to have children, and even then, you have a spare. I would ask a doctor, next visit, or better yet, call a urologist.
