Penis varicose veins and DVT/thrombosis?

I was wondering if there was any possibility of having DVT or any other artery/thrombosis/vein problems (ex. clogging) that could result in an embolic state with penis veins, esp the varicose veins on the penis? I am not sure if the veins on the penis are considered varicose or not, but could there be a chance like this ever happening? Thanks.
