Want to get Lean and Strong again,after long time no activity
This year i suffered knee problems I'm 26. Something weird happened just by bending my knees one day and i get pain.. perhaps osteoarthritis? Well anyways went to orthopedic, he says my knees are totally fine, i was puzzled but well.. Also i can't bend my knees fully, i havn'e been able to do this since 2001, because i had some knee sprains before and i didn't try deep knee bends because of fear..so somehow i lost my abilities. So doc said that what i have is tight quad muscles, and told me to get physical therapy... Anyways, i want to get back to exercise, i'm not a lazy person but recently i couln't do anything because of pain.. i also have experienced upper right abdominal pain ( which doctors checked and say it's not liver disease), and i have had some strange neck pains too.. Well but i'm ready to restart my physical activity life even if limited. What can i do, and how can i get a good workout without hurting my self? Also because low activity levels and my depressed state due to my injuries and stuff, i gained flab around my abs and it's hard to get rid of it. help?
