i cant see penis head when i pull my foreskin back.
because it wont pull back the reason being the pee hole (the hole my urine comes out) is very very small, when i do urinate my penis enlarges into like a bubble shape probably due to the fact not enough urine can pass at once, i am in my early 20's and i have never seen my penis head i always was too scared to goto the doctor but i really want to find out what it is first then i will go,

so please can anyone shade a light on my problem

You definitely need to see a urologist. You have Phimosis, which is when the opening in the foreskin doesn't allow the foreskin to be normally retracted. You are also having ballooning of the foreskin which can cause all kinds of problems.

The normal solution for this case is circumcision which will fix your problem and will give you other medical benefits. Don't worry, it's a very simple procedure and you will be back to normal in a few days.

do you no anything about circumcision like how long it takes etc?

A circ is done outpatient and only takes a few minutes. You will be uncomfortable for a few days and back to normal in a few weeks.

I know in the states it costs about $1000 but in your case it is definitely a medical need so insurance should pick up the cost

Oh and you will get quite a few opinions about circumcision. The fact is most men who undergo circumcision are quite happy with the procedure. I am circumcised and would not have it any other way.

ill have no problems getting it done nor will i listen to anyone who says its wrong etc

just aswell i live in england and we pay national insurence each week from are pay and we get medical treatment etc free
