I did a search on these forums and came up with a thread that is very similar to my own problem (this is the link [url]http://www.healthboards.com/boards/showthread.php?t=239200)[/url].

I'm 20 years old and I'm a virgin. I'm uncircumcised. About a month ago I noticed I had a very small lump the size of the head of a pin on (or under) my frenulum. Being uncut, it's very to see what exactly is going on, but I did manage to pull my foreskin back enough to see that there was a reddish bump on the frenulum (potentially under and pushing through it) that looked like a pimple perhaps, but it has been there at least a month now so I kind of doubt it's a pimple.

I had blood tests done about a week after I first noticed it (for other reasons but I did get the full set of tests done and they all came back fine). I have no discomfort except if I have an erection and my penis is pushing against something (ie. the bed at night) in which case I might feel slight discomfort.

Does anyone know what this could be?
