Jigg it sounds like you have definately suffered some kind of injury to your penis recently..
From what you've described it may involve your suspensory ligament and of course a broken or bruised blood vessel. The suspensory ligament as you probably know is the ligament beneath the base of your penis that makes your penis stand up when erect. Have you been in an accident or had a bad strain lately during sex? Sounds like something of the sort has happened to you. Also, it really sounds like the ligament thing because you said when you bend your penis down, that's when it hurts right?
If it doesn't get better soon let a good doctor check you.
