testicular ache

It's been this way for a while, it isn't really bothersome, but I'd just like to know if there's any explanation or anyone with the same experience.

After ejaculation, whether through activity or masturbation, I experience a slight soreness in my penis and testicles. It is usually located at the base of the shaft, near my pelvic bone. Not an intense ache, but enough for me to notice. It stays for about an hour or so. If I take a hot shower or something, it helps relax it, so perhaps it could be due to tension? Perhaps a slight blockage in the blood vessels?

Thanks greatly in advance.
