Small lump under the skin (genetalia)
I have a small, movable lump underneath the skin to the left of the base of my penis. I am 20 years old.
I noticed this lump by the offset in the protrudance of my skin to the left of my penis, as opposed to the right when looking directly down. When pushed on, this lump is noticable and feels slightly less solid than tightened muscle. I can move this lump into my groin, and it will slowly push itself back out. Continuous prodding makes this lump sore, and irritable.
I have been sexually active recently, although I felt no pain before, during, or after intercourse. It is not sore without provocation directly on the lump itself.
I have read elsewhere on this board of similar problems, but nothing seemed exactly the same. Can anyone give me advice on what this may be? I'll be getting it looked at regardless, unless someone here is fairly certain it's nothing major. I've noticed this for just shy of a month, although I can't say for sure if this has been around longer.
