| Weird pain under my tongue? Need some guidance!
Let me explain. About once a month or so I will get what I can best describe as a cramp underneath my tongue. A vein, or something that looks like a vein, will harden up and stick out just a very tiny bit (very much like an erection of the penis). Then after about 10 minutes, it will just go away. It will stay hard only for ~1 minute max during which the pain is the harshest. Altogether, the ordeal lasts about 10 minutes in which I can't really move my tongue/mouth for fear of it hurting more. Once again, it is only stiff for 1 minute at most, then eventually gets softer and softer to where I can no longer feel it. It is only on the right side of my tonge.
I know this seems very unusual, but if you don't have any information on this. Would you know where to start looking? would this be a dental problem? or somthing I should see a doctor about?
Usually I foget about it, but it happened right now while I was at the computer so I thought I'd give this a shot. Thanks for any help you can offer!
