Pain in testicles - more evident after ejaculation

Pain in testicles - more evident after ejaculation.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am not sure where I should post this so I am going to post it or a link to it on 1 or 2 of the locations on this board. Please let me know where the proper place is.

Long story short I have noticed that after I ejaculate I tend to get this pain in my testicles. I have noticed it in the past especially in my left testicle. I guess I have always felt the left testicle was strange as when I am ejaculating this testicle feels like it is doing all the work and it rises up and almost into my bladder area. The testicle does not even looks like it is in the sack when I am ejaculating but more in my lower bladder toward leg area..

Ok well the problem is that I went on vacation with my girlfriend and had sex a few times and the pain came. However it was worse than normal as after sex the pain remained. I thought I had a hernia or something as the pain stayed with me and I felt it even when walking around and it lasted all day.

I then noticed that the pain intensified before a bowel movement and subsided some right after the bowel movement. This reminded me of a period 2 years ago when I had similar pain. I had horrible pain in my testicles that then worked up into my abdomen. Went to the hospital and they found no issue but thought I could have diverticulitus. Then I went to several specialists and they came up with prostatitus but nobody was ever 100% positive.

Back to the current story. A few days later, after not having sex, the pain in my testicles seemed to subside and instead moved into my lower left abdomen, just like it has 2 years ago. This is where the pain stayed for several days. It then started to subside and I decided to masturbate (Pleasure and to clear things out). Well that was bad because the pain in my testicles came back....

I can't figure it out the pain seems to be in the portion of the testicle that is towards the front of the scrotum. Basically the portion of the testicle closest to the penis. I have felt it and it definitely seems sensitive. It is not extreme pain to touch it but I feel something. However I am not sure if that is normal or abnormal. What I do know is that I have discomfort in my testicles. More in the left and some in the right... I am going to avoid ejaculating again for a few days but this is really strange.

I am going to see a gastroenterologist this week. Last time I saw him he was the one that suggested the idea that the pain could be from prostitius. I guess I should really go see a Urologist but I need a recommendation as the last one I saw was a complete jerk. He said he thought I had prostatitus but was an *** to me and told me he could not help me because I had told him I rode my bike one day... I can't explain it but he was a jerk...

Do you guys have any ideas of what this could be????
