Re: Smegma build-up

Try not to panic! You'll be okay. This is normal, and with a little help you will be able to pull back your foreskin. All guys with foreskin's/uncircumsized penises, have to learn how to pull it back and clean it. Some of us have more trouble with it than others, but everything works out in the end. There are several sticky/post/thread on this message board that will help you with your problem. Find them, read them and follow the instructions carefully. If after doing this, you still can't pull back your foreskin completely, then you may have to talk to your family doctor. But first follow the instruction give on stretching. Now, keep in mind this is not going to happen over night. It will take some time and patience, but it will happen. In the mean time, try stretching your foreskin during a warm bath, after you've soaked for abit. Use some lubricant/vaseline/k-y jelly, baby oil, something like that on your penis, all over, especially on the head, carefully, slowly stretching the foreskin down. Don't force it though. Please realize the head of your penis will be sinsative to the air/water/touch! No that this is normal, and that it will take some time. Do this for a few minute every day during your bath time. After reading the stick/post on stretching, follow their instructions. God's speed..

Re: Smegma build-up

Smegma buildup is a sign that the foreskin is beginning to detach from the head.
You should definitely follow the instructions in the sticky at the top of this forum, to loosen a tight foreskin. They have helped many men, thanks to Geoff.
If it is starting to hurt because of smegma buildup, sit on the toilet, pinch the foreskin closed, urinate until the foreskin fills up like a balloon, and let go.
The urine is sterile, and will wash out much or most of the smegma.
You need a circumcision, like a fish needs a bicycle. The recovery time is as long as the time it takes to stretch a foreskin until it retracts, and you get to keep everything you are born with.
Then, you can follow the instructions without pain, and be able to maintain your penis properly in six to eight weeks. The real key is practicing regularly, and gently. Good luck.
