whenever you want and feel good enough barring any contrary instructions from your surgeon.

Usually the more correct question is: when will I be able to resume sexual activity?

Good luck - I was scared, afraid, embarrassed - you name it.

it has been 4 years and I am 53, in good shape. I get horny but without erections, I don't realize I am. Sex is never the same - pills do nothing for me, I hate VED's - they hurt. Shots - I could NEVER go there.

Take it slow and easy - there is NO such thing as a quickie anymore -
