Red scrotum/frequent urination after ejaculation

I am a 38 yr old male who, according to the numerous GPs and Urologists I have visited over the past 18 years, is in perfect health. I workout, eat well and don't have any issues. However since around the age of 20 and at the beginning of a long term sexual relationship in college, I have experienced the following symptoms:

Age 19-22:
Discomfort in pubic region when sitting, especially in the car
Red, uniform painful scrotum about 24 hrs after ejaculation. Pain and redness lasted about 4-5 days and then skin would dry and flake off and all would be normal. Skin biopsies revealed no problems. Slightly worse after masturbation than with intercourse.
All tests for STDs, diabetes were negative. Prostate exam revealed normal sized prostate. University doctors clueless.

Age 23-25
Intense, frequent urination that would begin about 24 hours after ejaculation. Was not in a relationship and only masturbating. Scrotum no longer red or irritated. Extreme thirst and dehydration from frequent full bladder urinating-at least once every half hour if I drank water. Less if I just stopped drinking anything. Visited GPs and urologists. More tests for STDs, diabetes were negative. More Prostate exams revealed nothing. One urologist suggested my symptoms were caused by masturbating on my back and would disappear with "proper intercourse".

Age 25-38
Frequent urination is chronic now, but less severe-go once every hour or two. Married at 35. Symptoms are slightly more severe after masturbating than after intercourse. Orgasms feel very different as well. Have had numerous tests-STDS, diabetes, diabetes insipidus, ultrasounds, chemical/hormonal tests, prostate exams, etc. Bladder, kidneys, prostate all appear normal and healthy. No diabetes or hormonal problems. Semen and urine cultures are negative for bacterial infection. However, blood tests before wedding showed antibodies for active and inactive chlamydia. Treated with an antibiotic (forgot which one), which decreased active chlamydia antibody. Ultrasounds revealed small cysts (fluid filled) on epididymis, and was informed it was nothing to worry about. Sperm count a little lower than it should be, but ok at 25 million.

Further symptoms include severe burping if I don't drink much water and upset stomach. Occasional diarrhea, chills and nausea. Headaches when not hydrated.

Doctors still clueless. Suggest problem is anxiety or from masturbating. Most don't bother listening to my history or want to hear all the symptoms. Situation is very frustrating and impacts my otherwise healthy normal life, including sexual life. Libido is down because of it. Have gone without masturbating for two weeks, but problem subsides and then gets worse after about a week and a half.

My own assessment:
1. Some form of prostatitis-maybe a bacteria I picked up from my college girlfriend but not found? Although I was told long term chlamydia won't cause these problems, I think it may be a possibility.
2. Allergic reaction to my own semen, but probably unlikely? Has anyone ever heard of this?

Has anyone had these above symptoms? Advice, empathy even, much needed. Am tired of this after 18 years.
