If it is too sensitive, touch it only with a lubed finger, and pull the foreskin back frequently, like every time you urinate. In a month to six weeks, you'll find that it is no longer painful, and only pleasurable.

If it's to cure Premature Ejaculation you may ask the Dr. for a low dose of an SSRI, citalopram, sertraline etc are I believe commonly prescribed in this manner to over come this problem
