Does the heading of your post "vasectomy" intend to indicate that you've had a vasectomy? That you have had one and now one of the tubes from your testicles is swollen due to the procedure?
If so I don't know what it could be other than some kind of complication like infection. Maybe a little infection from the surgery..
If it's swelling I wouldn't wait too long to see a doctor. Could turn into something worse. Get it checked.
