im 19, Ok for a while now ( years) after an ejaculation id get this bad stinging pain in like the center between my rear and pelvis..

And if i had a second ejaculation, it would hurt even worse

And sometimes theres a decent ammount of what appears to be blood in my stool, like alof the stool is red, ive had many other symptoms like.. taking a little while to urinate, a stinging pain that wouldnt even let me urinate, a pain in my penis head, and shaft

I went to the urologist ( i didnt tell him about the blood in my stool beacuse i forgot)

But he gave me a hernia check, and an anal exam, he said hte prostate seemed ok,
but he gave me a perscription to levaquin, for 30 days, told me to ejaculation for 2 weeks, no caffiene no alcohol...

then im suppose to be going to some kind of flow rate test? which is suppose to compare the urine flow to other people my age

you should defintily tell him about this! you probably need a colonoscopy(I dind't spell that right).

The stinging pain your getting in the taint may be you clamping down to hard on your pc muscle. it happens sometiems.
