This sounds like what my husband has. He went to the doctor for it and they said it was a benign growth. he is going to have it removed in a few months anyway.
With any lumps or growths in this area, his doctor said to get in right away and get them screened to be sure theyre ONLY benign. I had to make the appointment for my husband and TELL him he was going in. And then I had to drive him there to make sure he went.
