Why does Semen come out when I urinate? It's hard to pee and when I do its Slow and Semen comes out first and when I finish peeing. Nothing hurts at all it's just strange

What you describe could be explained by retrograde ejaculation. Are you taking any medication for urinary problems ?

no i'm not taking any meds at all. This doesn't happen all the time just around 1 or 2 times a month. Would it possibly be cause by no sex or any type for a long period of time and a large build up that comes out when I pee? A kind of doc. told me that and it sounded kind of goofy to me.

I think it is likely from a build up of semen. I don't believe it is unusual for this circumstance. Just my two cents.

This is normal probably because you haven't ejaculated in a while/producing a lot of semen.
