it is a blow to the male ego, makes you feel like your less of a man. But, nowadays there are other ways to have children. he may have to take shots to temporaily (Ididnt' spell that right) raise his levels (this doesn't all ways work) Most insurance does not cover this type of stuff. he ahs to be injected several times a week. Artificial insemination is the other alternative. ( a buddy ahd to go this route after the shots didnt' work)
The only thing you can do to help him over it is to reassure him he is still a man. now how you do that is really how your husband is.. what builds his ego up. ITs not an easy thing to find out you can't father children.
