hello,

so i've had these small bumps (like pimples) on the underside of my penis. it's not on the corona of the glan, but below the corona. i'm not sure if it's in the sulcus or the inner foreskin, but it's definitely next to the frenulum. (the reason i'm not sure is i'm not very good with my anatomy of the penis). there's 3 on both sides of the frenulum. i'm circumcised and 23. i've had these for maybe 10 years...anyway, i just wanted to confirm if they're pearly penile papules. can someone please tell me...it's bothering me and consuming me.
