What do you mean by wasting away? Low libido can be caused by multiple things...some prescription drugs can cause it, low T, high estrogen....

Wasting away... my scrotum doesnt hang anymore. There is no weight in it. It's like whateva was there before has just wasted away and which in turn forces my penis to just stick out and not hang. Also my testicles dont really hang anymore too cause the scrotum has shrunk. I dont know what to do

Are you using any type of anabolic steroids? Or anything of the TRT nature if not! my suggestion would be to see a urologist, they will find the problem .

No, no steroids or anything like that at all.
I have no idea what the problem could be though

Have you had your LH/FSH checked? They are the hormones that stimulate your testicles to work.

Re: how to fix low testosterone & scrotum problems

Are your testicles also smaller than they used to be? Or, are they soft? These would be signs of low T due to not enough LH. It is all guessing at this point. I suggest you see your GP for a first round of tests to see whats going on. If you can post blood test results we can comment further.
