Totally normal. The rectum is right next to the prostate, they are only separated by a thin wall. If you put pressure on the prostate by having a bowel movement you can get fluid in the prostate pushed out into your penis, especially if you haven't masturbated recently and lots of fluid has built up. It naturally flows out and appears at the tip of your penis. You can also get this effect by prostate massage.
