Shaving once or twice a week, takes care of the problem! Be sure and get a good razor, the cheap ones are not worth the pain. Keep your razor (disposable) clean after each use. You should be able to get about two weeks of usage out of each one. Shave while in the shower or tub! After the first time, it's all a peace of cake! Quick and easy.

An electric shaver is very easy to use in that area. The first time needs careful control of the trimmer angle to avoid nicks but once the hairs are short enough for the foil part of the shaver, there's no problem.
As far as I know there is no perminant fix unless you got some serious dough to put towards you penis hair. As a quick fix heres what I do, go buy a set of professional hair clippers but dont go cheap get a good brand I suggest Wahl brand and use those down there but be very careful on your nut sack and shaft as it can be very dangerous and dont use the same clippers on your face or head as a hygene rule its not a very good idea save them for the pubic region and for the shaft and nut sack goto the drugstore and in the womens makeup section get yourself a pair of those small cuticle scissors there nice and small to get those tiny hairs almost impossible to see but they tickle her lip and there very shrp they can cut the thinnest and smallest of hair just be carefull not to cut skin and dont use those scissors for anything else again for hygene rules. Thats what I do kind of a pain in the *** but so far the best method yet
It depends on the guy. Some guys have hair on their penis shaft. Some circumcised guys do, because their body skin is pulled onto their penis from a 'high and tight'. A few uncircumcised guys do, because that is the genes they inherited. Some men have downy hair on their glans. Each man is different.
OK here is an idea to eliminate that hair that you would have never thought of in a million years. Using a penis pump a couple of times a day will eventually cause the hairs on the shaft (any within the pump cylinder) to stop growing. How do I know this? From using said pump after prostate surgery and subsequent ED. Not sure if it requires the use of restrictor rings that come with most medical use ( non-sex-shop ) pumps but I've always used them. What will happen is the skin will slowly discolor (darker) probably due to micro-tears in the tiny veins and after a few months the hairs just stop growing there. And no, it won't increase your length, but might do a little bit for girth.
There are some pretty good pumps, motorized or manual for around $100.
Oh there is bad news though - you still will have to shave around the bottom of the shaft in order for the pump to seal right -- sorry! ( Quattro blades are pretty good and safe).
I have the same problem. For a number of years i have plucked with tweezers. This has been quite satisfactory. It stays smooth a long time. When the hairs grow back they are much finer and eventually seem to not grow back at all.
