Got Sick

I had a circumcision 8 days ago due to phimosis but I am a bit concerned. I was never given a bandage but told to cover it in vaseline and tissues. However it has been so swollen that I have never seen the stitches, infact the remaining skin has swollen over the head and almost looks like I was not circumcised when I try and pull it back I can get about half way. I am bathing it as suggested but dont know if it is getting to where it needs to be. I am also still getting some blood. Is this something I should be concerned with or should I give it time to settle down still.

Any help would be greatly recieved.
