The other night I felt a slight pain in my left testicle. It gradually grew to a point that it was extremely uncomfortable and I soon felt it in my right testicle too. They were extremely tender and sensitive to touch and it felt as if they were being constantly squeezed. I felt the pain all the way up into my lower abdomen, just as if my testicles were being squeezed. The pain was mostly alleviated when I was seated, but they were still tender. It eventually went away. However, I felt it, though not as bad the next night, and I again felt it the night after than, but also not as bad and not for as long. I was wondering what could have caused it. Some possible background is that I had been drinking all three nights. I have never had this problem before and I wear boxers and jeans that are not excessively constricting to my boys. Every time this has happened it has been at night and I had done a lot of standing and walking during the days leading up to it. The only abnormality I have noticed in my pubic region is that I have what I think might be an infected ingrown hair in the area between my leg and my scrotum. It is red, it was painful about a week ago, and it leaks a small amount of foul smelling fluid. Can anyone help me out?

I know your testicles can hurt from overuse/ejaculating.
I would get it checked out either way, I'm no expert.
