Hi, I just recently had sex for the first time with my girlfriend, i am 20 years old, and during sex the foreskin pushed below the penis head, and now i cant get it back over, it goes over almost entirley but then it just falls back down. This is the first time my head has been fully exposed and its sensitive, what do i do?
Oh, and does it just take some time to go down? I just had sex last night.
If you can't replace the foreskin over the head, and the foreskin is swelling, it is a medical emergency.
If you can squeeze the blood out of the head, or apply baby oil, or any other oil, and get the foreskin over the head, you're fine. If applying a towel filled with crushed ice brings the swelling down, and you can cover the head, all well and good.
If circulation in the head is cut off, and the head stays filled with blood, you have 20 minutes to get to a hospital, before your head will need to be removed. This is called phimosis. To fix it, they have to cut the foreskin, in what is called a dorsal slit operation, to restore blood circulation to the head.
Grab it with both hands, pull it away from your body and away from the head.
Once it is free, it should cover with no problem.
You might want to read the sticky at the top, on stretching a tight foreskin. It's worth the work, for the ease, the sensation, and the lack of worry.
Enjoy nature's best toy.
In a few weeks, the foreskin opening should be large enough, that you cover the head on the outstroke, and uncover the head on the instroke. The result is heavenly.
It also makes cleaning easy, and pleasuring yourself more fun.
It's considerably less risky if you wait until the foreskin is easily movable. That being said, knowing human nature, you are unlikely to wait. You should be as gentle as possible.
You don't want a repeat of the situation.
