| Pain in Sides, Groin, Gas, Nausea - Pls help
Thank you very much for any help or suggestions you might have about my symptoms.
I am a 26 year old male.
I have a sharp throbbing in my rib-cage area (both left and right sides - maybe in my kidneys). This is brought on usually by eating. Shortly after I eat something, it starts up. It is usually on one side at a time, rarely at both at once. Additionally, I have pain in my lower stomach, groin area as well- which seems to occur after the pain on the sides. It seems that the throbbing starts in sides and then radiates down into the groin area.
I have eaten spicy foods and during digestion, it feels as though my stomach is burning at which point the burning seems to be felt in the surrounding groin area (however, intake of spicy foods does not always result in this affect - sometimes, I do not experience this at all when I eat spicy)
I have noticed several things.
Lots of gas. Brought on by food intake. Frequent burping.
Nauseous sensation when I eat.
Irregular stool shape. Sometimes normal, other times flat, ribbon shaped (skinny).
Dull achy pain in the morning (before using restroom (#2) seems to be coming from sides - rib cage)
No visible blood in stool/urine. More frequent urination.
Greater stress = above pain
Any advice would be appreciated.
