Why is my left nut bigger ?????? - Men's Health Message Board

Hi
My left testical is much bigger then my right one? I feel thick long vains in the left one and the right one is normal and small..I had this since I was 10 or so. I feel a little pinch of pain in it once in a while. I am going to see a Doctor in 30 Days. I want to know what to expect or what this could be. I am scared. I am 26 years old now. adam

It's called a variocele or varicose veins in your scrotum. Not a problem unless it's really bad. Just a constriction of the veins going out. It is fairly common among men and it's usually on the left side caused by some anatomical reason within your abdomen. It is estimated that 20% of men have this problem of varing extent. The doctor told me once about it but I cant remember. Look up variocele in a serch engine and you should be able to find more info on it.
