Question about 2 "holes" in penis??? - Men's Health Message Board

okay...on the head of my penis I have what seems to be 2 holes. I have the usual hole...but then just below it I have a little "thing". Its like a little indentation (the same size and shape of my normal hole). But at one part of the indentation there is a little hole. I always thought this was normal until I was watching a porno and a guy's penis was in a closeup and I saw he only had the normal hole. WHAT the hell is wrong with my penis? Does anyone else know of this? I know I only urinate out of the regular hole...but I notice that sometimes when I ejaculate - sometimes I get a little coming out of the "2 hole". What is wrong with it? Why is it like that? And HOW did it happen...and is there any advantage or disadvantage. etc??

You should have only 1 hole. You may have a mild congenital defect. I would think it's not a big deal since it doesn't cause any problems when urinating etc.. If you're concerned about it, see a doctor.

Well, no one is perfect, including us. You have a normal variation of the configuration of the glans penis. My fiance has another variation, the "eye" in his is longer than normal and he can and does occasionally pee in 2 streams. Like you he was concerned, but his doctor told him he's perfectly normal, just not perfectly perfect.

Hey! Don't freak out! That actually sounds pretty cool! I wouldn't mind having a second hole myself. Just to see what it's like. Oh well. To bad for me. Anyway, as the others have said, as long as there are no problems, you should be fine! So... enjoy your special penis!

Yep,it's a normal variation. A bud of mine has two holes. Just as some men have curved dicks or different shaped glans or extra-long foreskin, some have the two-hole feature. Genetics is cool.
