Bit worried really can't fully retract my foreskin past my head as there is a piece of skin attaching my foreskin to just below the tip of my penis by where you urinate from is this definately the frenulum or is this some sort of abnormal piece of skin that will need to be cut by a doctor. i've seen pics of peninses before and havn't seen this before. if stretching is the answer how long will it take
Just a quick reply as I have not got much time. It's definitely the frenulum and stretching is the answer. You have to take it slowly as going too fast may rip it and end up slowing things down a lot. Just pull it back until it feels tight but not painful and hold it for a while. Doing it in a hot bath or shower will help soften things up but you can also do it when you pee. Keep it up for a month or two after you have achieved what you want or it may go back to where it was. Different people get results in different periods of time. Some notice a difference within days or a couple of weeks.
