For some reason, I seem to suddenly have *** like substance (gooey like ***, only not) w/ stench oozing from my penis. It has had no 'activity' for a few days and now this.

I have washed and cleaned behind the foreskin and everything but it's still producing. I had this before (with a large smegma build up) and it just went away eventually, but how can I make it go away quicker and what causes it?

Could this be precum from raging hormones (i.e. horny)? I used to get it back in high school. A sustained erection can lead to this -- similar to looking at Playboy for an hour.

Sounds to me like it could some sort of infection, maybe fungal or something. I'd get it checked out by a doctor. A tube of cream will probably fix it.

No it's not from a sustained erection. Came out of the blue.

Had it before and saw Doc. Said it usually clears itself up suddenly and it seems to have done so now. Thanks for advice anyway.
