I have this kind of big soft lump right next to my right testicle, i've ad it for ages, it doesnt heard that much at all when I push down on it. I've had it for quite a while now.. not sure how long but maybe years? Just wondering what it is, is it normal? And sometimes when i feel there its not even there!

It could be a varicocele (if it's lumpy) or maybe a hydrocele or something else. Only a doctor can tell you. Go along and describe your symptoms and see if he or she can work it out.

Hi its me again, I forgot my other password.

My question is, why when I feel my balls it sometimes isn'' there? I know its attached to some kind of tubes or something, but occasionaly it just isnt there!
