Hello,

Im a little worried here. Yesterday and today, when I had to go to the bathroom, to do # 2, there was blood on the toilet paper after wiping. Why is this happening? Is this normal? Today, the amount of blood was less than yesterday's.

please someone let me know something!!

OK, first don't panic. Have you looked at the stool to see if there is blood in there? If there is no signs of blood that you can see IN the stool, then it's probably your anus stetching when you do #2. However, if you DO see blood IN the stool, then that is a sign that something serious maybe happening inside you, like intestinal bleeding or colon cancer. Anytime you see blood in your stool, it is a sign of trouble, and you need to see your doctor for further diagnosis. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it happens on a regular basis. I've had this from time to time myself...few and far between.

Chances are its hemmeroids inside of your anus that might tear a bit when you use the bathroom. Try not to strain when you go, that will probably help a little to keep the tearing down. If it bothers you, see a doctor.

When I spent some time in hospital they said some medications or drug interactions can cause blood like that. Are you on any meds? Whatever you do go have a check up at your doctors so you can put your mind at rest
