Right testicle trouble _ please help, answer questions - Men's Health Message Board

I'm a 25 year old guy. Yesterday I was playing hockey and took a pretty hard hit in the balls. It hurt like hell at first, but the pain subsided in a few short minutes and I joined back in the game without trouble. In the evening I inspected the testicle (right one) and it seemed perfectly fine to me (looked normal and no pain), so I thought nothing of it and went to sleep. There was no pain at all throughout this day. However, after intercourse with my wife, I noticed that my right testicle feels kind of achy and sore. Is this reason for concern? Now I'm a bit worried. The nearest doctor is 13 hours away and I don't have health insurance so even though it isn't impossible, I'd like some info and feedback from some of you guys before I haul all the way over there and get taken to the cleaners.

How long was the intercourse session? When I withhold ejaculation for an hour plus session of pure intercourse, I notice pain in my testicles after orgasm. This is natural. Marathons lead to this. If the pain does not subside after a few minutes to an hour, you should check with your doctor.

The intercourse was about 45 minutes total. Now it's the next morning and even though it doesn't hurt much, I can still feel a slight achy feeling which now seems to originate from behind the right testicle.

If you get a wack in your underpants region i think it would hurt for a good while,but i wouldn't think about being taken to the cleaners at your age you are at risk of testicular cancer and a bang on them could set it off,so be on the safe side get em checked out,they will only go over them with a ultra sound scanner and it would put your mind at rest.

I'm know this post is a bit after the fact, but I'm new and just read it, but couldn't help wondering why nobody mentioned what I thought was kinda obvious. After you took it to the balls and then had sex with your wife, couldn't the soreness have come from your balls slapping against her during the humping? Which after getting hit hard and then later slapping them during intercorse probably was just too much for the "boys" and soreness set in. Hope your ok now that it has been awhile.
