question for the people who had retraction probs but over came it - Men's Health Message Board

hi, im having major problems with my foreskin, youve probably read about it in the other fields but i need some help. im one of those people that there parents 'forgot' to tell them avout foreskin retraction and due to this i think is the problem, it wont retract it looks like it will but there is a small ring-like piece of skin that is stopping it and makes the end cone shaped when i try to pull back it is stopping it so basically the skin i think is lose enough to go back but this 'ring' of skin is stopping it but i think this is the cause of the problem did anyone else have this problem and if so please tell me how it was solved or any help at all

That ring of skin is the ridged band which when stretched is the most sensitive part of your foreskin, some say of your entire penis. It's the part that most people need to stretch and certainly will do so if you have patience and keep at it.

What Geoff said is right on the money.
Do the streching exercises, be patient, and it will work for you.
