Ripped Frenulum, should i get cut? Plz help Experts welcome!!!!!!!
Hi guys, about 6 months ago while having sex with my girlfriend i ripped my frenulum. We we're having pretty rough sex, and we we're both really drunk. All of a sudden i knew something was wrong and went to the bathroom, only so have a small pool of blood forming on my hands... it hurt, but i'm fine now, but the line that goes from my scrotum all the way through the middle of my penis up is starting to become wavy and crooked. About half way down my penis is it does a half moon curve to the left! It really sucks because i can't get a full erection unless the line is perfectly straight down the middle. I don't even know what this line is called, and feel embarassed telling anyone about this. Some guy told me it was normal, but when i watch porno's for example, they're line is so straight.. Also i was contemplating getting circumsized. I'm 21, and am about 7', but am just curious to how being "cut" would feel. Also around the base of and under my head right above where the frenulum used to be under my hole of my head i have these little white bumps that i have no idea what they are! I thought they we're pimples, but when i try to pop them it hurts alot. The bumps go around under my head, and i'm wondering if they grow due to foreskin? I'm very clean but don't know know what's going on down there, bumps, ripped frenulum, slanted lines... What do i do??? BTW, i just got a penis pump yesterday, any advice???
-desperate fool... ;(
if you fail to plan, you plan 2 fail.
That line is called the raphe. It is just the line where the urethra closed up before you were born. The genitals of male and female babies are very similar at early stages of development. The hole closes up in male babies leaving that scar. It has no real connection to the erection mechanism and often is not straight. The problem with it being straight preventing an erection is all in your head. Mine has been pushed off centre by circumcision.
I gather you enjoy masturbation with your foreskin? That will not be an option if you get cut. Here is what I said to an expectant father contemplating circumcising his son.
"Circumcision removes between half to two thirds of the penile skin. It seems a small thing on a baby but covers 15 square inches on an adult. As adults all males use what skin they have or a lubricant to masturbate with. You have been cut since birth so you don't know what you are missing but an intact male can stroke the entire length of his penis using the action of the skin gliding against itself. He can also use a lubricant if he wants to. The gliding action of the foreskin also acts as a lubricant during intercourse and the skin acts as a dam keeping the natural lubrication inside the vagina from drying out. There are specialised structures within the foreskin such as the nerve-rich ridged band and frenulum."
There has been a study that showed women who had experienced both sorts of partners overwhelmingly prefered intact lovers because the sex was smoother and gentler as the male could feel more and did not have to pound to maintain an erection.
I envy you so much having a foreskin. Please think carefully about it there is no going back if you get it cut off. Some guys who have it done as adults are happy enough afterwards but plenty are very unhappy. There is a progressive loss of sensation too so as you get older you will feel less and less. The operation is painfull too and it takes months for the swelling to go down properly.

Is your frenulum now preventing any activity? Sounds like it healed fine. I never had anything but the slightest tears in mine, too slight to see with the naked eye, yet my frenulum is crooked. It is just the way it came together in the womb.
As far as white pimples where the frenulum is, is there just one on each side of the frenulum? If there is, that's the way I am as well. The doctor told me that it is subcutaneous smegma, which is smegma that is below the surface of the skin. He said it is absolutely harmless, and will cause no trouble. It has nothing to do with cleanliness, he told me it had more to do with poor circulation, although there is no other sign of poor circulation with my penis, so I'm not so sure about that one.
Getting a circumcision for any discomfort with your frenulum, is like shooting a fly off your nose.
Please, reconsider. Circumcision is really drastic, and the foreskin and its action is subtle. You don't always know what you've got until it's gone. Circumcision is permanent. Picture your penis with no moving parts, and the head permanently rubbing against something, and all dried out and calloused. You're a lucky man to have one in the first place. Relatively few on the North American continent do.
