Hi, i'm 19 years old and from the UK, I can retract my foreskin when limp easily, but when erect its not retracting properly and only moving over about a quater of my glands.

When having sex it is being forced over the rest and then wont go back, even when limp unless I help it back which is pretty easy.

I have read loads to do with stretching, which I have been doing, but just wanted to know if it was just a tight foreskin or something else, I know I had an op when I was little (first few months) to do with something (sorry not exactly sure what for, might ask my parents) just need to know whether stretching will cure it or whether its something more terminal?
