hey im 16 year old and im having trouble retracting my foreskin over the head.. i have tried strethcing and after i stretch the skin for like 5 minutes, it goes about half way down, and when i try to pull it back up, it like sticks to the foreskin and its painful to get it back up..like i can get it to the tip, but then i try to stretch it out so its staraight up (i dunno if u get it)not stuck down a bit on the foreskin, maybe i should be trying to stretch it in a warm bath, mayb that will help...and relieve the pain a bit...any feedback...thanks in advance, and also, by what age should a guy be bale to retract his foreskin all the time? thanks

Yes, stretching after a warm bath will definitely help, and is the recommended way to stretch your foreskin. You may also try a bit of lubrication such as a little baby oil to prevent the foreskin from sticking and causing discomfort. Keep at it - you will see improvement with time.

And 16 is the latest you should be able to fully retract your foreskin.
