Hey guys,

Fist I need to start off by saying my left testical is smaller and hangs lower then my right.

From time to time, mostly when I don't masturbate every other day (which is about 4x a month) I get a strange tugging / piercing feeling in the bottom end of my scrotum

Rarely I also get burning after ejaculation / urination, about 3x a month.

I have also noticed that about 5x a month I see a cloudy discharge while urinating.

I also seem to have some sort of weird vein in front of my left testical that clumps in the front / top end and then runs up into the body as a thick vein.
