I'm sorry, I'm in a hurry and didn't have much time to check the rest of the board, so please bear with me. I am uncut, and my question is how far should the foreskin be able to go back?
When your foreskin is sufficiently "loose", you should be able to pull it right back over the head of the penis and back along the shaft. If you cannot retract it over the head because it is too tight, there are posts in other threads that explain how to stretch your foreskin to make that easier to do. OK?

In general, it needs to be able to retract far enough that the head is exposed completely. Some are able to retract it further than that, all the way down the shaft, but that's optional, IMO.
