Post how to get rid of male ****

Help I am a 20 year old male (I weight 190) so I know im not obese but i still have these male ****. I can not afford surgery since i need money for college but I don't want to buy giant shirts anymore. Does anyone know any drugs that help reduce these male breasts. Or if their are not out yet does anyone know any new drugs being created as we speak?

Are you joking? Do you think there is a pill to make it go away?

Saying you weigh 190 means nothing. It is possible to be that weight and overweight, fit or obese. Being overweight is not about how much you weigh. It is about your proportions, is most of the weight in your gut, how much bodyfat you have, etc. Someone 5'10 who weighs 190 can be that weight and fit if they have wide shoulders, wide arms, wide thighs, no gut, etc. You can also have a person the same height and weight except most of the weight is in their gut, they have ****, high bodyfat, relatively skinny arms and legs for their weight, etc.

You need to get real, there is no pill that will help you. You need to change your lifestyle or do nothing and live with male ****. You can start working out, doing some kind of cardio, changing your diet, etc. If you have male breasts you probably have high bodyfat, you may want to start running, running in the morning is the time you will burn the most fat. Running at least 40 minutes continously so your hearbeat increases will higher your metabolism for over an hour after you stop running and get you to burn calories and fat. You do not even have to run outside, I just run up and down my stairs for 20 minutes a few times a week. You will probably want to change your eating habits, eating less at each meal but eating more meals will increase your metabolism as well. Also if you eat before bedtime you may want to stop doing that because as your body sleeps you burn few calories. There is no easy solution you must change your lifestyle, you cannot just continue your lifestyle which has resulted in you having male breasts and hope a pill will make it go away.

You may have something called Gynecomastia, which are 'male breasts'. It may have absolutely nothing to do with weight. Most likely in your case it is just a result of puberty. It might just go away on its own in a few years as puberty goes away. Here are some other causes

puberty
steroid abuse
obesity
marijuana use
tumors
genetic disorders
chronic liver disease
side effects of many medications
castration
Klinefelter Syndrome
Gilbert's Syndrome
aging

Check out gynecomastia.org for more information!

Balance your diet, and find an exercise routine that invlolves a lot of cardio (to burn fat) and bench pressing (to increase muscle mass in your chest).

It is amazing what advice people will give when they know nothing about a subject.

Large male breasts on a 6' 190# male is not because of diet in 99.99999% of the cases. It is almost always caused by too much estrogen & usually not enough testosterone. Your doctor can refer you to a specialist for hormone tests to see if you need testosterone supplements.

Sometimes body builders take testosterone supplements to increase body muscle mass when they already have normal amounts of testosterone. This excess testosterone can be converted into female hormones to grow the ****.

Diet & exercise can reduce a small amount of fat around the breasts, but it will not remove the breast growth glands.

Once you have gynecomastia they can only be removed by surgery.

Mine started growing when I was 14 & skinny. I gained weigh later to hide them. Now I have gained a positive attitude & learned to accept them as my body.

They are also genetic, my fathers & sons have gynecomastia.

Millions of men have gynecomastia, only about 20,000 per year have surgery.

If I wore a bra it would be 42C, I was a "D" but lost 50 pounds & a cup size.

Most breasts are quite sensitive & a great turn-on when making love.

You may get lucky & find a girl that likes them. I did.

Good luck,

G
