I know this has been talked about many times, but my here is my situation, when erected, the skin goes uncovers the entire bottom of the head, but the top is only 1/2 or 3/4 exposed. Is this a problem?

Also, do you retract completed before pentration or it doesn't matter? Lastly, I heard that some people's foreskin gets behind. How often does that happen? I heard its bad...

With that amount of retraction, the problem you may have is that during intercourse, the foreskin will be forced back resulting in the skin being trapped behind the head and/or getting tears in the frenulum. Both of whick could be a bit painful. Do a search here for foreskin stretching and read what others have done.

Slowly squeeze the head to push the blood out. As it gets smaller you can quickly try to scoot it back over the head.

Hey "the kid" sounds like you need to stretch that foreskin a bit so that it will move freely over the head and down the shaft of your penis. Do some reading in this thread, there are lots of posts about how to handle this and make it easier for you.
