Exclamation Very embarrassing problems

I have 2 issues that I have bothered me for quite a while. I have seen a couple of doctors about them, but they don’t seem to think they're problems. Pls help.

1) The head of my penis is extremely sensitive. When I pull back the foreskin, I can’t even touch it with my fingers without a very uncomfortable and painful sensation. This makes washing under the foreskin difficult to the point where all I do is pour water over the head. This doesn’t affect how long I can last during sex though, as long as I have a condom on (I don’t have sex w/o one because it’s very uncomfortable). I have been told that this is normal, but I don’t believe it. How common is this? I had an infection under the foreskin a year ago and the doctor told me that the sensitivity would go away with the infection, but the infection seems gone & nothing has changed. This brings me to my 2nd question.

2) My foreskin continually sticks to the head of my penis. The cream (Nizoral, I think) I was given for the infection kept it from sticking, but after a couple of days of not applying the cream, the foreskin begins to stick again. I see a very thin, dry white film when I pull my foreskin back, which won’t come off by pouring water (and I can’t wash it away because of the sensitivity).
Both these things make it very painful and embarrassing when it comes to the opposite sex. Is this normal? It doesn’t seem normal to me. Can anyone out there relate? Should I get circumscised?
Sorry about the long post… Thanks.

The painful lsensation is normal for a male who is new to pulling the foreskin back and has never exposed the glans.

You didn't say how old you are and whether you had this sensitivity previously or just after the infection.

The stickiness issue I think just varies. Sometimes the glans & foreskin just don't produce enough oils/moisture and it just becomes semi-dry. I've had that happen to me.

For the extreme sensitivity of the head of your penis, I suggest you pull back the foreskin, apply lots of lubrication to the head, and masturbate that way. Or simply apply the lubrication and get your penis head used to touching by gently handling or stroking it for a while each day. The extreme sensitivity will go away with time and patience.

My penis head is still somewhat sensitive to the touch after years of handling it.

I am not worried about the extreme sensitivity. That happens to people sometimes, both uncircumcised and circumcised.
I am a bit worried over the white film, and the foreskin sticking to the glans. That is not typical. The glans secretes oil, to keep it from sticking to the foreskin. That white film is likely a symptom of something else going on, which is preventing the oil from the sebaceous glands on your glans from doing their job.
I would get this checked out by a foreskin-friendly doctor.
And no, you have nothing to gain from a circumcision. It might solve the problem, but it would do a considerable amount of damage...like killing a fly with a sledgehammer.

I'm 17 years old now and always used a condom during sex and masturbated w/ the foreskin over the glans, so sensitivity was never an issue.
But it was always there, not just after the infection.

What kind of damage can it do? Don't people have that done quite often these days?

Fles, what kind of lubricant is good? Can it be something like baby oil, or does it have to be something special.

Thanks again...
