hey...some techniques I did.
pulling back the foreskin and until you feel some discomfort, if its hurting, you pulling back too much...hold it there for about 20 secs or so(try first when not erect, if you can pull it over when not erect, try then when erect.)
stretching the frenar band. I just both grabbed sides of the frenar band and pulled in opposite directions.
Or, if you are able to, you can put two fingers(usually the little fingers) into the frenar band and stretch it like that. I was never able to do that, so I just pulled in opposite directions.
Do both of these for about 20 mins a day, and be consistent with these, try and do it like everyday and sometimes give it a day rest, too much stretching, can cuase some rips, and that would mean you have to not do anything for a few days and let the rips heal.
Time length, ranges for everyone. So gotta be patient, I was lucky enough to be okay in about two weeks (mainly due to the fact im 22 yrs old and the older you get, usually it should be easier)
Its good to try these exercises in the shower/bath, the sking will be more pliable. I did the exercises for bout 10 mins in the shower and then 10 more mins at night.
alright..hope this help. And number one thing yuo gotta remember, BE patient. After about a week, you may start getting tired of doing it, but don't risk trying circumcision. Too many problems CAN happen after the surgery and I have been told that, you also loose more feelings when you climax during sex or oral.
