I have a problem, my gland i.e the head of the penis has been REALLY red and dry cracked and sore latley, actually for about 4 months now and its killing me

I have seen doctors, tested for stds such as gonnorea clamydia, hepatits and HIV, urinary tract etc etc and it all came back clear.

Ive been on antibiotics for 10 days.

Finally one doc said it was a fungal infection.
Tried cream after cream after cream such as c a nesten, ke toderm, for weeks and no improvement.

There is also a slight burning when i pee, well more a feeling of discomfort.

What is wrong with me this is really driving me nuts.

The hole tip is RED and looks dry and cracked and it hurts so bad I cant have sex, anything..it hurts when it rubs against my pants even I dont know whats wrong...what can i do?
Cant see more docs spent ALL the money i had saved up on doctors...
