Penis getting shorter and thinner

I am extremely concerned and feeling less and less like a real man every day, especially when I attempt to have sex with a partner.

Anyway, I am incredibly concerned and embarrassed, and depressed about my penis. For some reason, my penis has gotten shorter and thinner. I am not saying that is “looks” smaller or shorter. Please understand that I know the difference between how it looks and how it physically is.

My partners have each confirmed that it is now shorter - noticing that it is actually thinner and shorter. Also, I can tell by how it fits in my hand. I used to be longer than the two hands holding it (one above the other). Now it is measurably thinner and 2 inches shorter (I have measured).

I need your help. Has anyone else experience a penis that is getting shorter and/or thinner? Does anyone have any solutions or advice that can help me get my penis back? I was never really happy with the length of it for 20 years, and wanted it longer – like at least nine inches… but alas, now instead of gaining two, I have lost two.

I hope some of you can help with this, provide some sort of hope, and maybe let me know if I am the only one that this happing to. Thank you.

If its that noticable, you should see the doctor and get professional advice & info.

Re: Penis getting shorter and thinner

bludragon (nice screen name) I am in my 50's and last time I was at the doc's for my yearly physical I asked him if my penis was getting smaller and he told me that as we age yes it is possible for the penis to get smaller in length and girth.
so my question is how old are you, if you a young guy I would see another urologist or your regular doctor.

Re: Penis getting shorter and thinner

hi Keil... thanks. I am 51... and I have heard that this happens to men in their 60s and on up... however the shocker to me and my three lady friends, this all happened within a year.... I hope it doesn't keep getting smaller. thanks again.

Unhappy Re: Penis getting shorter and thinner

I have been having the same problem. My penis when erect was usually about 51/2" to 6" long. Over the last couple of months it has gone to about 31/2" to 4" erect. I am 58 but have never had a problem getting erect & still can. My wife told me it was smaller after we made love a couple weeks ago. Prior to that I thought I was imagining it.
Also when its fully erect it dont feel like it can get any bigger...too weird.

Re: Penis getting shorter and thinner

All people while aging - starting form about 35 years - get their body reduced in the height. Probably.. some parts of your body are growing backward too fast.
I consider this is normal - not a thing to be proud of, but the one you can survive - as long as it doesn't affect the sexual pleasure, the ability to gain erection.
