Small White Things On Penis - Men's Health Message Board

Hi guys. Yesterday morning I noticed some small white spts on my penis. They aren't like pimples because they don't seem to be filled with anything. There are about six or seven of them on one side and they are right under the head towards the top of the shaft. Anyone know what these might be? I appreciate your help!

They don't sound like Pearly Penile Papules or the normal sebaceous glands in that position. We need to know how old you are and whether you are intact or circumcised. If you are intact you could be talking about the outside of the foreskin when it's in its normal forward position but it sounds like you mean on the inner foreskin or remnants thereof. It could be something called Fordyce's spots but you might want to ask a doc next time you are seeing one.
