For your information this was posted recently on another board. "hello, I am 23 years old, and I was criced about 2 years ago. The circ job was bad , I think. I have bumps on my penis, where the cut was made. They told me the bumps would go down, but they never did. I dont know what to do. It looks like someone took a scisor and cut my skin off. Why did the bumps never go down, and what can I do about it...please help."
