Post pain in thighs
does anyone know what would cause a 70 year old man to start having pain in the thighs right above the knee area? this has been going on for more than a year. he cannot stand for more than a few minutes its so bad. his cardioligist, family doc and a bone specialist blew him off when he complained of this.

At 70 years old it is very likely that he could have arthritis of the knees. Also, low calcium levels too. Maybe the doc should do blood tests to see what the biochemistry levels are and check for arthritis too. This does not have to be a heart problem.
